NPM1-63H series miniature circuit breaker is developed on basis of NPM1-63 series. It is made of ABS plastic shell, operation mechanism, contact arc extinguishing system,shunt trip gear, etc. The shell is made of the plastic of high flame retardant and high strength, which is very strong and light. And the plastic parts of the operating mechanism are made of high-strength plastic, which obtains the lowest moment of inertia while ensuring sensitivity and reliability, so that it can make the trip mechanism action time very short when short-circuit failure happens. The tripping mechanism is composed of bimetallic sheet overload. the timer tripping mechanism and the short-circuit instantaneous limit electromagnetic tripping mechanism constitute the two-stage protection. The contact arc extinguishing system uses a special arc guide angle and arc extinguishing chamber
